Thank you for shopping at Er-Gallery. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Digital Art & Downloadable Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable art files (e.g., digital prints, wallpapers, templates) are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

If you encounter technical issues with your download, please contact us at info@er-gallery.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you.

2. Physical Artwork (Prints & Originals)

We accept refunds or exchanges for physical artwork under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges:

  • The item is damaged during shipping.

  • The item received is significantly different from the product description.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

Non-Eligible for Refunds:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

  • Minor variations in color due to monitor settings.

  • Delays in shipping caused by the carrier.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@er-gallery.com with:

    • Your order number.

    • Photos of the damaged/incorrect item.

    • A brief explanation of the issue.

  2. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Custom & Commissioned Artwork

All custom or commissioned artwork sales are final and non-refundable once the artist has begun work. If you wish to cancel before work begins, please notify us immediately.

4. Shipping Refunds

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
