Thank you for shopping at Er-Gallery. We take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping policy below for details on delivery times, costs, and handling.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and many international destinations. If your country is not listed, please contact us at info@er-gallery.com for special arrangements.

2. Processing Time

  • Original artwork: 3–7 business days for processing before shipment (varies based on artwork size and availability).

  • Prints & reproductions: 1–3 business days for processing.

  • Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional time (you will receive an estimated timeline upon order confirmation).

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL) to ensure secure delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Artwork size & weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected delivery speed (standard or expedited)

Free shipping may be available for orders over $95 within US.

5. Packaging & Handling

All artwork is carefully packaged with:

  • Protective wrapping (acid-free paper, bubble wrap)

  • Sturdy cardboard or wooden crates (for large or fragile pieces)

  • Corner protectors for canvases and framed works

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website.

7. International Shipping & Customs

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties (these are not included in the order total).

  • Delays may occur due to customs inspections.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours at info@er-gallery.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  2. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

For lost shipments, we will investigate with the carrier and provide a resolution within 5–10 business days.
